Membership to VLEPO is open to all individuals owning property in Vero Lake Estates. Associate membership shall be open to individuals renting from individuals owning property in Vero Lake Estates. Associate membership will give Associate members in good standing the opportunity to serve on committees. Associate members can not hold an office in VLEPO or serve on the Board of Directors, or have voting priviledges. Those are only the rights of a property owning member.
Membership dues are $20.00 annually.
The VLEPO holds five (5) regular meetings a year, January, March, May, September and November. Meeting time is 7 PM and the majority of these meetings are held at the North County Library, Sebastian.
Other special committee meetings for Neighborhood Watch are held throughout the year.
