Meeting called to order 7:02pm
Ray, Janet, Ann, Brad, Sue T. Sue K, Joe and Carmen present
Carmen gave report on 512 entrance
1 palm on each side of sign with 4 flax plants
Carmen made motion to set a cap of $1,000 for front entrance project
Seconded by Janet
Sue K informed about the Sheriff having a meeting at the county library, specific dates to follow.

Change by-laws for nominating committee
Change by-laws for number of meetings per year
Millings for roads
Bring a desert to share for meeting
