This Election Meeting of the Vero Lake Estates Property Owners was held on Monday, January 19, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the North County Library, the President being in the chair and the Secretary being present. 36 Members and one guest present. The minutes of the previous meeting, as posted, were approved.
7:00 p.m. Call to order, prayer, Pledge of Allegiance.
Guest:
Commissioner Welsey Davis presented a “Community Service Proclamation” to resident Alexander Bradley
Reports:
President’s Report was given by Susan Thomasson, President, and theTreasurer Report was given by Pres. Susan Thomasson in the absence of the Treasurer, Sue Kranenburg.
There was no unfinished business.
New Business:
Election of Executive & Board of Directors conducted by Nominating Committee Chairman, Al Tetreault, as per our ByLaws. The following candidates were elected to serve for the next two years.
