- Weseley Davis was scheduled to attend board meeting to discuss Asphalt Millings on dirt roads in VLE, unfortunately; Mr. Davis cancelled at 6:10pm.
- Forensic Audit for impact fee usage, MSTU funds allocation

- Neighborhood Watch meeting 2/27/2012 N. County Library – 7pm
New Business:
Barbara Negreira-Harrell made a motion to contact Jason Nunemaker about possible Annexation with Fellsmere~ Ray Kendzierski & Al Tetreault seconded.
Robert Beaudoin made a motion to compile and develop a plan for a long term road improvement project~ Carmen Negreira and Ann Tretreault seconded.
Carmen Negreira made a motion to approve Beautiful Lawns for landscape maintenance, rock and weed control at 510 entrance for the coming year~ Ann and Barbara Negreira-Harrell seconded.
Barbara Negreira-Harrell made a motion to approve Jeff Joseph for Palm Tree Maintenance for both 510 and 512 entrances~ Robert Beaudoin and Ann Tretault seconded.
Al Treteault made a motion to approve purchases for replacing letters for message boards~ Barbara Negreira-Harrell & Ann Treteault seconded.
