Vero Lake Estates Property Owners Assoc. Who We Are What We Do
Vero Lake Estates Property Owners (VLEPO), this is a voluntary organization for the residents of Vero Lake Estates. Both owners and renters are encouraged to join and to participate in our committees and events! We strive for unity in our community - with goals of a safe and fun place to live and raise a family.
To provide a forum for neighbors in VLE to share ideas, voice concerns and promote neighborhood involvement.
To improve the general welfare of Vero Lake Estates for a better tomorrow.
To discuss Legislative and Governmental issues affecting property owners of the community.
To meet with local and state officials and develop relationships for VLE as a community.
To encourage legislation to improve transportation, zoning laws, drainage and general road conditions in our development.
To work with Indian River County on common aims and programs to benefit our community.
Not everyone sees things in black & white - we encourage our members to express their opinions and views for the betterment of the Vero Lake Estates community as a whole.
Vero Lake Estates is not a deed restricted development. There are no neighborhood covenants. VLEPO membership is voluntary, but encouraged.
Therefore, VLEPO will not dictate your personal choice of house color, flag flying, etc. We do however, expect our residents to respect and honor the codes within the county and will report code violations in an effort to keep our community clean and safe.
